Venue Description
This ground-floor space of about 80 square metres is located within a historic industrial complex in Milan, offering direct access from the courtyard. It’s the first venue visitors reach upon entering, providing excellent visibility, especially during prominent events like Milan Design Week.
The interior is a large open plan area interrupted only by structural columns, featuring generous windows overlooking Via Tortona that fill the space with natural light. These windows can be branded to enhance exposure. There are three separate entrances, including a wide access point from the courtyard, allowing smooth management of visitor flow during busy events.
The venue includes reliable wifi, air conditioning, and easy loading/unloading with parking available directly outside the entrance. During the Design Week, this complex attracts around 80,000 visitors. The space connects internally via stairs to an additional first-floor venue, which can also be reached by external stairs or lift.
Together, these spaces offer approximately 280 square metres of event area. It is possible to combine this venue with other ground-floor spaces within the same courtyard for larger-scale events.
