This bright, 115 m² venue, fully white-washed with walls and surfaces painted in white, stands at the corner of Via Novi and Via Tortona, featuring its own direct entrance from the street — a prime position in Milan’s iconic fashion and design district.

Inside, a spacious open-plan layout is enhanced by a professional lighting setup, complemented by a separate room that can serve as an office, storage, or backstage area. The venue is equipped with restrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and loading access through a private courtyard. There are two entry points: one from Via Novi and another shared supplier access from Via Tortona 28.

Generous windows allow natural daylight to flood the space and offer visibility for exterior branding.
