This venue reflects its chef’s philosophy of rigorous elegance. The star of the whole establishment, naturally enough, is its kitchen, which was built according to a bespoke design. In plain view of the dining area, the kitchen makes the most of the natural light, thanks to its ample windows.

For those who are not content with being able to watch the chef and his team at work, there is an exclusive table for two in a niche that directly overlooks the kitchen. The occupants of said table will be offered a unique and creative menu designed by the Chef. The same niche is mirrored on the other side of the glass pane that separates the kitchen and the dining area, and used to fit a table for four that grants its occupants more privacy than the rest of the room.

The restaurant also offers a smaller, private room with a wall screen, perfect for business meetings with up to eight guests.
