This building is a prime example of industrial archaeology. It dates back to the XIX Century and it was originally designed as a train warehouse. In the XX Century it was converted into a film set and contemporary art studio. It is surrounded by a charming garden – which is open to the public – with beautiful trees, lawns, benches, a boules court and a wisteria-covered pergola.
