Ex-factory renovated for events with more than 500 square meters rented exclusively for events.
The space was born as a workshop dedicated to the production of rubber, which in the following decades became the site of other activities, and finally space for events.
The location has two areas; the first smaller of about 150 square meters and the second, wider, of about 430 square meters.
There is also a rooftop and a restaurant ideal for catering.
