The Client’s Request

A striking trade show set-up for Swag

Swag, a well-known name in the financial technology sector, was looking for a high-impact trade show booth for two major fintech events. The goal was to create a welcoming and innovative space with an eye-catching design and interactive features to engage attendees. Additionally, the booth needed to be versatile enough to adapt to both events while maintaining visual consistency and a strong, unified impact.

 

Our Proposal

A striking custom-made booth

To meet Swag’s objectives, we created a fully custom booth designed to stand out and captivate at both industry events.

At the heart of the concept was the “Mining Room” — an immersive space where guests could experience bitcoin mining through an Oculus headset, transporting them into a futuristic, high-energy environment.

From graphics to exhibition features, every detail was carefully designed to reflect Swag’s brand identity in a fresh, engaging, and modern way, encouraging interaction and fostering a direct connection with visitors. We also provided full support, including on-site presence during the final assembly and on the first day of each event, to guarantee flawless execution.

 

Results Achieved

Swag's unique, engaging booth - captivating two different audiences

The booth stood out as the only non-preassembled structure at the Finetech Summit, attracting significant attention and praise from both visitors and participants.

The “Mining Room” quickly became a highlight, sparking curiosity and creating a highly interactive and memorable experience. Swag was thrilled with the enthusiastic feedback and decided to extend the collaboration for future events, recognizing the unique value and impact delivered by this creative and innovative booth concept
