The Client’s Request

Style and versatility at the core of Suomy’s brief

Suomy was looking to host a memorable event in an iconic Milanese venue, combining the exhibition of 40 helmets with an elegant evening cocktail for 150 guests.

The aim was to strike the perfect balance between sophistication and practicality, offering a versatile space that could showcase the products while providing a welcoming setting for networking. The entire experience needed to unfold in an exclusive atmosphere that would elevate the brand’s identity.

Our Proposal

An engaging experience with maximum visibility

After a detailed analysis, we selected an outstanding venue, centrally located and offering expansive, flexible spaces across two levels.

This allowed us to create a dedicated exhibition area for the helmet collection, designed with both functionality and visual impact in mind. Separately, we set up a presentation space, complete with an LED wall and speaker platform. By keeping the two areas distinct, guests were able to move effortlessly from the exhibition to the cocktail reception.

Every detail was carefully curated — from strategic lighting to the choice of materials and furnishings — to create a refined and elegant atmosphere. This approach enabled Suomy to display its products to their full potential, delivering an immersive and professional experience for all attendees.

The event was a resounding success, thanks to the smart use of space and seamless organisation. The exhibition area, made especially striking by its thoughtfully designed layout, showcased the products at their best, while the cocktail space provided a sophisticated backdrop for networking and conversation.
