Their brief included securing a venue that captured the city’s refined charm, crafting a menu to suit a wide range of global tastes, designing themed table settings, and overseeing all technical elements — from lighting to live entertainment — to ensure an unforgettable evening.

Our Proposal

A historic mansion in downtown Milan

We selected a prestigious historic villa in the heart of Milan, chosen for both its beauty and central location, ideal for welcoming 130 guests. Drawing inspiration from the Iqos brand’s signature turquoise, we styled the venue with coordinated floral arrangements, scenic décor, and even had the live band dressed to match.

The custom-designed menu highlighted the best of Milanese cuisine, carefully curated to appeal to an international audience. Expertly planned lighting and music added depth to the ambiance, creating a sophisticated, immersive atmosphere.
