A corporate Christmas to remember
Otech Italia approached us to organise their 2025 corporate Christmas party. Their brief called for a corporate event venue that was easily accessible from the client's head office, located in Milan between the Bicocca and Niguarda districts. It was also essential that the space could be flexibly divided to suit the different stages of the day: the programme included a conference-style meeting, an informal welcome coffee, a standing drinks reception, a seated dinner, and, to close the evening, a DJ set. The brief also called for beautifully styled surroundings, complete with festive lights and decorations, to create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that any Christmas celebration deserves.

With an extensive portfolio of venues, we had no shortage of options capable of meeting the needs of a client like Otech. For this event, we suggested an exclusive venue dedicated to high-end corporate events in the Forlanini area. The place won the client over from the very first site visit, as we knew it would. The venue offers five hundred square metres of indoor space across four distinct rooms, perfect for managing the various stages of the evening seamlessly and letting guests feel the shift between activities simply by moving from one room to the next. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with high-tech systems, allowing meetings, music and atmospheric lighting to be managed with complete flexibility. What truly set this venue apart, however, was its natural setting: lush greenery throughout, generous spaces, outstanding comfort and an attention to detail that our styling brought fully to life. The perfect backdrop for an event built on elegance, while still capturing the warmth and togetherness that define the best Christmas parties.
