NHE Travel, a Chinese agency specialising in incentive travel, entrusted us with the organisation of an exclusive gala dinner for 30 top managers from a leading Canadian insurance company. The aim was to secure a prestigious and refined venue, delivering a memorable experience that would elevate their three-day Italian adventure—already filled with special moments—into something truly unforgettable, tailored to the tastes of an international and discerning audience.

Our Proposal

Spectacular set-up and impeccable entertainment

After an extensive search in collaboration with our Chinese partners, we selected one of Milan’s most exclusive residences, offering the perfect setting for this prestigious occasion. Together, we designed a visually striking set-up, featuring two impressive 6x3 metre panels displaying oil portraits of the guests, adding a bespoke and personal touch to the evening. The imperial table was styled with meticulous attention, combining a gourmet menu with stunning floral arrangements to create an atmosphere of understated luxury. To complete the experience, we engaged a classical trio (piano, harp, and soprano) whose repertoire included a selection of Chinese pieces — a heartfelt gesture that resonated deeply with the audience. The result was an elegant and memorable evening that fully reflected the high standards of the client and its guests.
