Teamwork meets solidarity: our team building project for Leica
A charitable team building for Leica, uniting participants for an important cause with fun and engaging activities.
Sales Account Manager.
The working relationship was extremely smooth and the support from your side was total.
We are an 'international company, so the bureaucratic management was definitely not easy but eugenia who followed us, was always extremely considerate, succeeding perfectly in the organization of this event despite having to deal with 3 different figures involved in the organization and sometimes absent for business trips.
The smiles on the faces of my colleagues once the event was over, I would say is emblematic of the quality of the service offered.

The Client’s Request
Leica's mission: generating social impact through team building
Leica Microsystems, a leading company in its field, was looking for a dynamic and meaningful team building activity that would highlight key values such as inclusion, diversity, and charity. The goal was to design an experience that not only strengthened team bonds but also emphasised the power of making a positive difference in the community — showing how corporate initiatives can have a real, lasting impact.
Our Proposal
Charity Building: an innovative, engaging format
For Leica Microsystems, we recommended our well-established Charity Building format — a concept designed to combine fun, teamwork, and social responsibility. The event unfolded in two engaging phases:
In the first stage, participants took part in quizzes themed around Italian gastronomy and culture, along with creative problem-solving tasks — including building a half-metre-high tower using only pasta and marshmallows.
The second phase introduced an unexpected and moving twist. Participants received real components — wheels, pedals, handlebars — and worked together to assemble fully functional wheelchairs. This hands-on activity not only fostered team cohesion but also served a meaningful cause. Once completed and decorated, the wheelchairs were donated to residents of a respected Milanese care home, transforming teamwork into a tangible gesture of compassion.
Results Achieved
Team spirit meets social impact at Leica's event
The event successfully delivered a high-engagement, high-impact experience. Participants enjoyed moments of camaraderie, collaboration, and light-hearted challenge, all while recognising the deeper significance of their efforts. From the fun and games to the powerful act of giving back, the day was a clear example of how team building can evolve into a valuable act of solidarity — one that left a lasting impression on both the team and the wider community.
