Exhibition stands and masterclasses of excellence: Jolanda de Colò's trade show project

Food marketing consultant Desiree Magagnoli entrusted us with organising the first-ever brand exhibition for Jolanda De Colò, a renowned company from Friuli supplying premium products — including Wagyu beef, oysters, foie gras, and caviar — to some of the most prestigious restaurants. The aim was to create a tailored event for industry professionals, especially restaurateurs, with dedicated spaces for brand exhibitors, masterclasses led by international chefs, and a vibrant programme involving top-tier sponsor brands. The first step was to find the ideal Milanese venue capable of hosting this ambitious showcase.

We enthusiastically took on the challenge of creating the inaugural Jolanda De Colò exhibition. After careful scouting, we secured a striking industrial-style venue offering over 1,000 square metres across two levels — the perfect setting for a large-scale event. Our role went far beyond simply securing the space. We provided expert consultation on stand layouts, ensuring each exhibitor had the necessary utilities, including dishwashing, power, and water connections.

We also coordinated staffing and technical equipment for both the live masterclasses and the dining areas, ensuring seamless service, smooth logistics, and efficient clean-up operations. Our team designed all the graphics, including event schedules and stand maps, to enhance the visitor experience. True to our approach, we delivered end-to-end support — from the earliest planning stages to flawless execution — making sure the exhibition exceeded both client and industry expectations.
