IMCD's request: a two-day break away from Milan
Our esteemed client, IMCD, wanted a two-day corporate trip outside Milan, alternating corporate meetings with an engaging team building activity. The goal was to pick a venue that would enhance the training value, creating a singular experience in which work and fun could merge.
In other words, a distinctive setting enabling the group to strengthen relationships while conveying corporate values in an original way, ensuring both productivity and memorable moments.

“Farm Building”: an innovative format merging nature and business
We recommended IMCD take its team to Valtellina, booking a luxurious farm stay with meeting rooms, spa, pool, and a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Early in the morning, participants dove into a farming experience, milking goats and turning the fresh milk into butter. This creation, combined with other natural, sustainable ingredients, formed the base of a body scrub concept, reflecting the company’s key areas of beauty and food.
Afterwards, the team had to "sell" their product, testing their commercial prowess, collaboration skills, and alignment with corporate values. Throughout the two days, meetings also took place, enriched by genuine local flavours. This offbeat approach, blending the tranquillity of nature, relaxation, and an innovative spirit, delivered a winning formula and a lasting memory for all present.
