A night full of stars: the elegance of IAD Italia
For the third consecutive year, IAD Italia entrusted us with the organisation of its annual convention, further cementing a successful partnership. Inspired by the glitz and glamour of the Oscars and themed "A night full of stars", the event required an atmosphere of sophistication and elegance. We needed to transform a two-level venue, set to welcome 250 guests, into a captivating and stylish space worthy of an unforgettable night.
Our Proposal
Post-industrial charm meets Hollywood glamour
To bring this "Night of Stars" to life, we selected a post-industrial venue brimming with character and gave it a Hollywood makeover. Every element, from the purpose-designed interview area to the creative photobooth, was carefully curated to immerse guests in a unique and unforgettable experience. Elegant décor elevated both floors, while a sophisticated food & beverage offering delighted even the most discerning palates.
Adding sparkle to the evening, renowned Italian comedian Max Pisu hosted the awards ceremony, accompanied by a dazzling line-up of entertainment — including a mind-reading show, LED dance performances, and live music — each adding magic to the night. Thanks to the combined efforts of our Guru Marketing team and event planners, we delivered a seamless format inspired by Hollywood’s finest, leaving a lasting impression on guests and fully meeting the client’s expectations.
Results Achieved
Energy, flawless logistics, and a DJ set to remember
Organising this convention put our logistical skills to the test, as we adapted to the unique challenges of a two-level venue. The end result was a resounding success. DJ Gisele De Assis brought the dancefloor to life, injecting energy into the final part of the evening and taking the atmosphere to another level. Through a fully bespoke format and careful attention to every detail, we delivered a highly engaging and memorable experience that fully embodied the spirit of A night full of stars.
