An unconventional corporate meeting for IAD Italia
IAD Italia entrusted us with the organisation of its annual agents' meeting, with the ambition of turning it into a distinctive and unforgettable experience. The brief went beyond logistics: the client wanted a fully immersive event, including venue scouting, theme and slogan development, graphic design, full technical production (audio, video, and lighting), interactive content, premium catering, hostess services, photography, a live band, and the creation of bespoke gift bags for all attendees.

‘Born to Fly’: comprehensive planning with creative details for a unique meeting
We delivered a fully integrated solution, taking care of every aspect of the project. We identified a practical and versatile venue and brought the event to life with the “Born to Fly” theme, conceived and designed by our Guru Marketing team. The concept was reflected throughout the venue with branded totems, backdrops, and dynamic presentation slides, reinforcing IAD’s core values.
A motivational speaker, paired with a comedian who hosted an interactive quiz, created a lively and engaging atmosphere. To maintain the momentum throughout the day, we included a four-piece live band that provided vibrant musical interludes and evening entertainment. Every element — from the welcome breakfast and coffee breaks to the lunch and closing moments — was meticulously coordinated. Customised gift bags gave guests a lasting memory of the day while reinforcing IAD Italia’s brand identity.
