Generali wanted a team building experience capable of delivering high excitement while uniting employees through an extraordinary adventure. The idea was to offer an unforgettable event where enthusiasm and the desire to take on challenges would lead to a shared growth opportunity. The main goal? Break away from traditional formats and give participants a day that spurred effective group dynamics and motivated each person to push past their own boundaries.

Flight simulation for boundless adrenaline

An Engaging Experience To Strengthen The Squad

We suggested to Generali an original flight simulation in a specialised Milanese venue, combining fun and challenge in a high-impact setting.

At this venue, an eight-metre-tall glass cylinder propelled by powerful turbines generated airflows strong enough to support a person’s weight, delivering the rare thrill of flight. Guests were welcomed with a breathtaking show, featuring expert instructors performing mid-air routines.

After an initial briefing, each participant tested their mettle, realising how teamwork and mutual support were key to fully experiencing such an extreme sensation. Generali thus discovered a team building that blended adrenaline, experimentation, and a heightened sense of unity.
