Geek Bar, a rising brand in the electronic cigarette industry, chose us to support the Italian launch of its latest product.

With Rome — home to its primary distributor and warehouse — as the initial focus, the goal was to build a strong national presence. Our mission was to develop a strategic sales and training plan capable of overcoming market entry barriers and positioning Geek Bar as a serious contender.

We designed a multi-phase strategy tailored to Geek Bar’s objectives, combining local engagement with the development of a high-level sales team. Starting from Rome, we launched an ambitious initiative that reached 1,200 tobacconists across the metropolitan area — raising awareness, collecting pre-orders, and building relationships.

Our team recruited and trained a network of skilled promoters, offering expert consultancy on entering a saturated market. Each underwent intensive training with ongoing support and real-time performance tracking.
