The Client’s Request
Fuorisalone: Seeking a Truly Exceptional Venue
Studio MHZ approached us with a clear objective: to identify a venue of exceptional standing to showcase artworks and installations from multiple brands during the Salone del Mobile. Their aim was to craft an immersive experience that highlighted both contemporary design and historical elegance, offering visitors a journey that was as emotional as it was visually striking.
Location a Milano's Proposal
Historic Milanese Venue as the Perfect Fuorisalone Setting
To meet this brief, we proposed a historic venue located in the prestigious Montenapoleone district, in the very heart of Milan. Set within an ancient palace, this museum-house of European renown became the perfect backdrop for installations and artworks from internationally acclaimed brands.
The exhibition was meticulously curated by interior designer Katrin Herden, founder of Studio MHZ, who created a seamless journey through rooms adorned with Renaissance and Neo-Renaissance furnishings. Visitors were able to appreciate exclusive collections in an environment where history and contemporary creativity met, resulting in an extraordinary, immersive experience.
