The Client’s Request
A Prestigious gala in a historic venue: European Aluminium request
European Aluminium commissioned us to create an exclusive gala dinner for 200 high-profile guests, to be held in a venue of great historical and cultural significance. As this annual event takes place in a different European city each year, the Milan edition required a location that could deliver elegance and a true sense of place. The client expected flawless service, bespoke catering tailored to diverse dietary requirements, and an unforgettable experience where heritage and hospitality would blend seamlessly.
Our Proposal
A prestigious museum, a private tour and a memorable gala
From a selection of prestigious options, we led the client to a magnificent Milanese museum dedicated to one of history's greatest visionaries — Leonardo da Vinci. The venue offered a unique setting, able to comfortably host 200 guests for a refined seated dinner, while immersing them in centuries of art and ingenuity.
To complement the exclusive setting, we curated a fully customised catering experience, carefully considering all dietary needs. The space was elegantly transformed through brand-coloured lighting and an exquisite table design that enhanced the grandeur of the venue. As a special addition, guests were treated to a private guided tour of the museum, gaining exclusive insights into Leonardo's masterpieces. The evening became an extraordinary blend of art, gastronomy, and elegance — creating a timeless celebration that paid homage to both cultural heritage and modern sophistication.
