The Client’s Request
A conference for 120 guests with an international flair
For the past four years, CConsulting, a software house from Genoa, has entrusted us with the organisation of its XLayers User Group Meeting, now in its 14th edition. The request was to find an elegant, well-connected venue, with spaces able to host 120 guests both in auditorium seating and banquet style. The new element this year was the presence of about thirty international attendees, making the event even more stimulating and multicultural.
Our Proposal
A graphic touch to enhance the space
To meet the client’s needs, we carried out inspections of several venues in Milan. The client eventually chose a space whose excellent layout, refined style, and the convenience of managing all suppliers internally made it ideal to host such a complex event. To give the set-up extra impact, a new feature was introduced: customised backdrops that added visual identity and character to the event. This detail helped create a professional yet distinctive atmosphere, perfectly aligned with the spirit of the conference.
