For the third consecutive year, IAD entrusted us with the design and delivery of a high-impact event, calling for a prestigious and easily accessible venue in Milan for 200 guests. Our role encompassed the complete creative and technical direction — from concept to execution — including décor, graphics, and staging. The challenge was to seamlessly blend professionalism with originality, creating an unforgettable experience focused on growth, innovation, and inspiration

Our Proposal

An iconic venue with a sporting spirit

We selected a newly renovated, cutting-edge venue in Milan, perfectly suited to host a large-scale event while offering flexibility through distinct, functional spaces. Guests were welcomed in a dedicated registration area, before gathering in a spacious auditorium, comfortably accommodating 200 participants. Breaks and networking moments took place in a bespoke catering zone, where a refined menu encouraged conversation and connection.

The event was brought to life through a sporting theme, inspiring every element — from the stage design and scenography to the visual identity and set-up — all reflecting the energy and momentum of continuous transformation. Through precise planning and a careful balance of creative flair and technical expertise, we delivered an experience that fully matched IAD’s expectations.
