An unforgettable team building session for BIP VIDIEMME’s anniversary

BIP VIDIEMME wanted an original Team Building experience to celebrate the company’s anniversary.

The goal was to create a moment of shared fun, fostering collaboration among colleagues and strengthening team bonds. We were asked to come up with an engaging activity and find the perfect venue to host it, ensuring the occasion became truly special.

Our Proposal

The cocktail challenge: the perfect activity to go from team building to partying

We came up with an exciting cocktail-based challenge, hosted in an elegant venue in central Milan, providing the group with an exclusive setting. After a brief introduction about the bar’s heritage and iconic drinks, a professional bartender amazed participants with a live mixology demonstration.

Right after, employees got hands-on by recreating a signature cocktail, then unleashed their creativity by inventing new recipes paying homage to the company anniversary. A friendly competition crowned the winning team, followed by a shared aperitivo. The grand finale featured a personalised cream tart to celebrate the milestone on a sweet note.
