An unforgettable cooking-themed team building activity for BIP SAP
Our client BIP SAP requested a one-of-a-kind and memorable team building event that would engage employees in an exciting and motivating culinary activity. The idea was to blend kitchen creativity with a fun atmosphere, in order to reinforce cohesion and team spirit while boosting everyone’s engagement. A format that could captivate through food and a desire to work together.

Aperitivo Time Mystery Box: our team building format for BIP SAP
The innovative “Aperitivo Time Mystery Box” format received an enthusiastic response from BIP SAP’s teams, who were divided into groups, each given a box of unknown ingredients.
To craft three distinct finger foods, they combined imagination, culinary skill, and cooperation. The friendly atmosphere turned the challenge into a fun and educational experience, culminating in a final presentation of dishes. The winning group was the one that best combined originality, team spirit, and flavour. The day ended with a lavish aperitif, featuring dishes prepared by participants as well as by the resident chef.
