A multifunctional showroom for Akoni during MIDO

Akoni asked us to find the perfect venue in Milan for its showroom during the MIDO eyewear exhibition. The client required a venue featuring a separate VIP lounge, dedicated stands for Balmain, Valentino, and Akoni itself, plus six areas for client meetings and a catering section. The goal was to offer a stylish space that fully reflected the brand’s values.

For Akoni, we selected a refined, Parisian-inspired apartment located in a strategic area of central Milan. The property’s elegance matched the brand’s identity, while its layout allowed for VIP lounges, display corners, and a catering area without interference. The apartment’s alluring design provided a sophisticated ambience, perfectly aligned with a brand aiming for a high-end image. Additionally, its central position ensured easy logistics and guest travel. Presented as one of the best solutions, the venue was immediately appreciated for its distinctive style and space arrangement, ideal for a modern, multifunctional showroom.

Despite the organisational challenge of hosting the event in a residential setting, we secured an exclusive atmosphere and appropriate facilities. The outcome was a showroom that made an impact, conveying sophistication and a distinctive value.
