Celebrating The Optimist's 10th anniversary in style
The Optimist approached us with a clear request: to find a characterful, industrial-style venue near Milan for their 10th-anniversary celebration, with live music taking centre stage. The client’s chosen band would be the highlight of the evening. Our task was to source the perfect space for a vibrant and original event, where guests could fully immerse themselves in a lively, festive atmosphere.
Our Proposal
An urban venue with a post-industrial vibe
After an in-depth search, we selected a striking post-industrial venue in Milan’s Ripamonti district. The evening began with guest arrivals at 7 p.m., followed by a relaxed welcome drink and light dinner at 7:30 p.m., all accompanied by the band’s contagious energy.
The celebrations reached their peak at 10 p.m. with the cutting of the anniversary cake and a sparkling wine toast, before guests danced late into the night to an engaging DJ set. From the buffet layout to the staging of the live band, every detail was carefully designed to create a tailor-made experience that reflected The Optimist’s personality — delivering an unforgettable evening infused with a true rock’n’roll spirit.
