This restaurant is part of the Eataly Milano Smeraldo complex, and it offers a fish-based, prêt-à-porter cuisine, proudly rooted in the Mediterranean tradition.
The restaurant presents an elegant setting, but also a warm and cosy atmosphere, with tasteful, marine-themed decor. The tables are made of solid reclaimed wood from dolphin structures from the Venice bay, or of millenary Kauri wood from New Zeland. The Knoll Tulip chairs by designer Eero Saarinen add a light touch of the modern to the dining area. The whole venue is lit by Iguzzini lights, made of plastic and reclaimed aluminium and 99% recyclable. The heart of the restaurant, of course, is the open kitchen.
